PLANT DESCRIPTION
A large, woody perennial twinner or spreading plant with soft greyish bark. Leaves simple, opposite, large, ovate, acute, orbicular with prominent veins. Flower large, creamy white, with yellow inside, found in terminal or axillary cymes. Fruits long, straight, woody mericarps, containing many seeds crowned with silky coma.
MEDICINAL PROPERTIES
Plant pacifies vitiated vata, kapha, skin diseases, constipation, flatulence, colic, worms, urinary tract diseases, cardiac debility, jaundice, bronchitis and fever.
