PLANT DESCRIPTION
A small spreading perennial herb grows up to 50 cm in height. Leaves compound, imparipinnate, with 11-21 leaflets, oblong-lanceolate, small; flowers red or purple, in axillary racemes. Fruits pods, containing 4-8 seeds.
MEDICINAL PROPERTIES
Plant pacifies vitiated kapha, vata, poison, skin diseases, pruritus, jaundice, splenomegaly, filariasis, dysmenorrhea, anemia, fever, boils, pimple, and hemorrhoids.
