PLANT DESCRIPTION
A small annual herb plant grows up to 20 cm in height. Leaves simple, succulent, glabrous, ovate-lanceolate, petiole forms the covering of some part of stem. Flowers small, violet, showy, found in axillary depression. Seeds are very small. Plant juice is sticky mucilaginous in nature.
MEDICINAL PROPERTIES
Plant pacifies vitiated pitta, inflammation, burning sensation, skin disease and purifies vitiated blood. In some place it is used as a vegetable.
