PLANT DESCRIPTION
A small showy plant herb grows up to 30-60 cm in height. Leaves compound. 2-3 pinnatisect, cut into linear or linear-lanceolate segments; flowers whitish blue, solitary, long peduncles without an involucre, seeds trigonous, black, rugulose-tubercular.
MEDICINAL PROPERTIES
Plant pacifies vitiated vata, kapha, skin diseases, hemorrhoids, headache, jaundice, inflammation, fever, paralysis, anorexia, dyspepsia, flatulence, diarrhea, dysentery, cough, amenorrhea, dysmenorrhoea, and worm infestations-  especially tapeworm
