PLANT DESCRIPTION
A tall, spreading tree grows up to 90 meters in height. Leaves simple, opposite or alternate, lanceolate, and acuminate; flowers white, 1-3 together, found in leaf axils. Fruits are capsule, containing small seeds.
MEDICINAL PROPERTIES
Plant pacifies vitiated kapha, vata, pain, headache, arthritis, muscular aches, cough, asthma, bronchitis, burns, pyorrhea, dyspepsia, flatulence, thread worm infestations, skin disease and intermittent fiver. Overdose causes toxic symptoms.
