PLANT DESCRIPTION
A medium sized tree grows up to 30 meters in height. Leaves simple, opposite, ovate, acuminate, gland dotted, smooth; flowers greenish white, in trichotomous panicles; fruits oblong, small, dark purple when ripe, contain single seed.     
MEDICINAL PROPERTIES
Plant pacifies vitiated vata, pitta, diarrhea, diabetes, leucorrhoea, fever, skin diseases and general debility.
