PLANT DESCRIPTION
An annual herb with slender leaf-bearing branches. Leaves numerous, subsessile, elliptic; flowers yellowish green, axillary, males in groups of 1-3, females solitary; fruits small, globose, seen underneath the branches and having 3 seeds.
MEDICINAL PROPERTIES
Plant pacifies vitiated pitta and kapha, anorexia, jaundice, intermittent fevers, urinary retention, constipation, ulcers and wounds
